Project Summary
  • United/Cable Constructors was recently awarded a contract by Lee County Department of Transportation to construct a conduit and fiber optic cable system on the Midpoint Memorial Bridge in Ft. Myers, FL
  • UCC provided a design for the system along with signed and sealed drawings
  • Supplied and installed approximately 7,400’ of bridge attached fiberglass conduit and hangers and approximately 11,000’ of 4” HDPE underground conduit and hand holes from the Lee Way Service Center to the Midpoint Memorial Toll Plaza
  • Pulled, spliced, tested and documented 96 count and 288 count fiber
